The aim of the work is to manufacture difficult and high-quality individual parts on conventional as well as with cyclic and CNC-controlled turning and milling machines as well as assembly work inside and outside the department. Production planning, selection of machining technologies including workpiece and tool clamping technology Installation of turning and milling machines, production of workflow programs for cyclic and CNC-controlled machines Self-employed manufacturing of difficult and high-quality individual parts, assembly work and conventional machine work Quality testing and documentation

Completed training for the industrial mechanic (w/m/d), specialist in machining technology or precision engineering with many years of professional experience Experience in cutting light and non-ferrous metals and high-alloy steels Experience in the machining of medium and large components as well as multi-face and multi-axis machining Knowledge of programming and operation of Weiler D2/D3, Traub Tx8 Knowledge of the programming and operation of Heidenhain controls TNC 426/430, iTNC 530, TNC 640 Crane guides and attacks Qualification German language Self-employed and careful working Problem-solving capability and reliability as well as team capability
