The Hanseatic city of Lüneburg is looking forward to competent reinforcement in the music school – from 01.11.2026 indefinitely with an expected teaching obligation of 14 hours a year as

Your tasks include:

Head of Department Elementary Music Education active participation in the development and development of the elementary music education sector on new target groups Course offers in the elementary area in the main building and in kindergartens and schools in the city and in the district of Lüneburg Cooperation projects as part of “We make the music” leading students to ensemble play, concerts, preludes and projects, Participation in the further development of our music school into an inclusive and culturally diverse place of learning and Activities according to the declaration of protocol § 52 TVöD BT-V

Depending on the qualification, the remuneration is up to the 9b TVöD payment group.

Successfully completed university studies with main artistic subject Elementary Music Education or Rhythmic (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) High artistic and educational competence Organisational capacity, resilience and flexibility Teamability and ability to self-reflection Openness to new and innovative teaching concepts Knowledge of how to use digital media in everyday teaching Gender and diversity competence Additional qualifications, for example in the field of music therapy, community music, improvisation education, music mediation.
