You support the management and its departments in all commercial processes You coordinate appointments, meetings and operational events You prepare dates and document the results You edit the post-in and exit You organize messenger services in the city area Business trips and our employees our material management

You maintain the customer database You communicate with our employees, business partners and customers

A completed commercial training - ideally in the area of office communication Multiannual professional experience in the field of Secretariat Safe handling of MS Office programs A conscientious, self-responsible and targeted working style Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Team spirit and joy in dealing with people
