Bring AI into practice: You develop your own machine learning models, build pipelines around LLMs and integrate both into our processes – from the first prototype to the measurable effect. Motivation first: Your intrinsic motivation to work yourself into new technologies, tools and procedures is more important to us than the perfect mastery of a particular stack or a specific career path. You're looking for continuous development! Your background: You have a completed MINT degree or a comparable training with relevant professional experience as a software developer (m/w/d), software engineer (m/w/d) or Full Stack Developer (m/w/d). Technical know-how: You are fit in Python and have well-founded experience in the development of web applications and microservices (e.g. with FastAPI, Flask, React or Node.js). In addition, you bring safe knowledge of working with databases. It is important to us that you already have experience in several of these topics and are happy to work in other areas. AI affinity: Ideally, you have already trained or used machine learning models, worked with LLM APIs or integrated AI functions in applications. It is crucial for us that you actively use AI as a tool – in your own working day as well as for optimizing cross-cutting processes. What distinguishes you: You convince by a structured way of working, communication strength at different levels, team capacity and high self-initiative. Language: German language skills (min. C1) complete your profile.
