For the further development of the markets, we are looking for an experienced management personality from the food retail trade. In this position, you will accompany several locations, work closely with market leaders and take responsibility for the business and operational development of the markets. You move close to the area, analyze key figures, support the implementation of successful concepts and ensure that good ideas are used across the site. Enjoy a lot of design playroom and work directly with the management.

Operational support and further development of several food markets in close cooperation with market leaders Analysis and control of relevant key figures such as sales, personnel costs, goods use and action performance Support of market management in personnel deployment planning, process optimization and operational challenges Planning, coordination and implementation of sales activities, special placements and regional marketing measures Cooperation with industrial partners, EDEKA consultants and external contacts to further develop the markets

Multiannual leadership experience in food retailing, ideally as market leader, sales manager or district manager of a full ranger Impressed business understanding and experience in the analysis of key figures High presence on the area and joy in cooperation with market teams Communication strength, fingertips and the ability to develop and take employees Hands-on mentality and readiness to be present regularly in local markets
