As Senior HR Manager (m/w/d), together with a Junior HR Manager, you take over the independent control and further development of the entire HR area at Four 20 Pharma. You are the first person in charge of the management in all personal and labour law issues and shape HR with a high degree of freedom of choice and responsibility. Total responsibility for HR (approximately 100 employees) – professionally leading, structural Control and development of all HR processes along the Employee Lifecycle (entry to exit) Development and implementation of a future-oriented HR and recruiting strategy in line with corporate objectives, culture and growth Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from the demand definition to the selection to the structured onboarding Sparring partners of the management in labour, human and organizational issues Close cooperation and coordination with the HR Lead of our parent company Curaleaf International Implementation and further development of a meaningful personal control (metrics, analyses, derivatives) Conception and implementation of measures for personnel and management development and sustainable staff retention Responsibility for preparing wage and salary billing in cooperation with the external wage office Controlling external HR service providers and ensuring labour compliance
Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in generalist HR management, ideally in growing or structurally demanding organizations Completed training, training or studies in personnel or a comparable qualification Very good knowledge of labour and personnel law Embossed experience in recruiting and designing HR processes First experience in the professional management or control of employees desirable You work autonomously, structured and responsive, think entrepreneurially and enjoy taking responsibility Safe handling of MS Office and experience with HR systems (e.g. Personio, Cezanne, etc.) Very good knowledge of English due to the international corporate structure
