Coordination of the various structures on site: ensuring a smooth process and cooperation between the participating structures (e.g. electricians, installers, dry farmers). Addressing unexpected challenges: Rashe and effective solution of unforeseen Problems that can occur during the construction process. Regular information of all participants in Jour Fixe Meetings: organisation and implementation of regular meetings to inform all project participants about the current state, progress and possible obstacles. Responsibility for meeting the dates: monitoring the progress of construction and ensuring that all works are completed on time. Quality control: verification of the work carried out for compliance with quality standards and, where appropriate, initiation of corrective measures. Security management: ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards at the construction site. Documentation: Management and maintenance of the building records, logs and reports on the complete documentation of the construction project. Integration into the planning phase: participation in the planning and preparation of new construction projects from the outset to ensure optimal implementation.

Master or technician degree: In addition to the craftsmanship, a master or technician degree is required. Complete craft qualification: A well-founded training in a relevant craftsmanship (preferably in the TGA area) is essential. Multiannual professional experience in the construction management: Practical experience in the management of construction projects, ideally in a similar environment. Embossed communication and organization skills: ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders and to organize complex projects. Enforcement and problem-solving competence: ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly and efficiently. Teamability and loadability: The ability to act effectively in the team and to keep a cool head in challenging situations. Knowledge in the field of building regulations and standards: confidentiality with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Technical understanding and IT skills: ability to read and interpret construction plans and use common software tools (CAFM, MS Office).
