You take responsibility for the entire company, staff (team, honorary office, interns), finance and offer of the facility with consultancy, day stay, short-term accommodation and cared for accommodation You conduct employee talks, moderate service talks and accompany your team professionally in client work, help planning and legal-social issues You are networking in the community, organising low-swell projects, leisure activities and the series “Art and Culture at Autoberg” Together with your team, clients address individual, clarify medical and legal questions and ask for offers You are driving the conceptual further development forward and performing press and public relations work for the institution

You have a completed study of social education, social work, education (or a comparable subject) You bring leadership experience in homeless help or stationary social work with You are a bridge builder in the social space – motivate people for dialogue, activate citizens and inspire art and culture projects such as ''Art and Culture at Autoberg'' You communicate clearly, work structured and stay confident in challenging situations You show great commitment with good understanding and have empathy You identify yourself with the values of the Caritas and with conviction carry them inside and outside
