Developing and constantly improving substitution Staff management and planning Ensure employees, further development of the area Keeping knowledge of substitution currently available and making it multiplicable Communication across interfaces Standardize processes, design and communicate efficiently Process overview, documentation and development Know the relevant processes, documentation and further development of the processes Organisation of workflows including representation planning and coordination with interfaces Customize/integrate requirements (ambulances, standards) Takeover of weekend and holiday services

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Basic medical understanding, ideally experience in the medical field Friendly and professional appearance Sensitivity and empathy to our patients Structured operation and communication skills Good IT skills (MS-Office, practical or clinic software) readiness for flexible work distribution (acquisition of weekend and holiday services)
