You can do this with us:

• Implementation of technical object tours and inspections for the state of the buildings, technical installations and facilities
• independent implementation of smaller repair work (e.g. adjustment of doors, replacement of washbasin fittings, smaller repairs in sanitary and construction)
• Coordination of maintenance companies and subcontractors, including scheduling, on-site instruction and monitoring of performance
• Acceptance of the performance of external service providers in terms of quality, scope and compliance with agreed standards
• Documentation of the work done, inspections and identified defects, as well as disclosure of relevant information to the object management
• Support in ensuring a smooth and economical building operation and compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines

We wish you:

• Complete technical training, ideally in a craft or building occupation (e.g. plant mechanic SHK, electrician, locksmith, mechatronic or similar)
• Practical experience in facility management, building technology or technical service desirable
• Handicraft skill and safe execution of small repair and repair work
• Basic knowledge of the coordination of maintenance companies and subcontractors as well as in the performance reduction
• Embossed quality awareness, careful and structured working
• Communication strength and safe occurrence to customers and service providers
• Ready for occasional rework or Call readiness according to object request
• Good German knowledge in word and writing as well as basic IT skills (e.g. for documentation and reporting)
