Conducting a maintenance team of up to 10 employees for the HKLS plants Compliance with dates, costs and quality and performance of contract management Customer support and regular Jour fix dates Creating offers, technical development and concept creation, selection of suppliers, preparation and implementation of the award talks Responsibility for compliance with the economic indicators/budgets as well as for forecasts, if necessary analysis of the projects and showing target-actual deviations Control of compliance with relevant, legal and normative and company-internal rules and conceptual and technical advice from customers and employees Discipline leadership of the staff members and the further development of the project team Active participation in the management circle and support in the strategic and operational development of the branch

Technical studies in the field of supply technology / building technology / technical building equipment / facility management or similar courses, with previous technical training Good knowledge in MS Office as well as good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation Competence in digitization, data-based tools and AI applications Engaged team player with communication strength, initiative and solution-oriented thinking and action German knowledge at least on Level C1
