VELSEITIVE ASSESSMENTS FOR YOUR CHALLENGES

• Initiation and coordination of tests at our external test laboratories including evaluation of test reports
• complaint processing, cause analysis and derivation of appropriate measures with regard to the entire supply chain
• Creation of 8D reports based on the internal / external problem analysis carried out in advance, as well as the creation of KPI reports and complaint-related evaluations (including presentations, statistics, analyses)
• Conducting risk assessments for our products
• Maintenance and further development of the quality management system with regard to IFS Broker and FSC certification
• Collection of relevant packaging data regarding legal requirements and customer requests
• Implementation of special checks

Qualifications

A LAUFBAHN THE UNS REVIEW

• You have completed a technical or commercial study or a completed commercial training
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of quality management, especially in complaint processing
• During your professional career, you will be able to gain experience in the field of consumer goods or in the plastics, cosmetics, food or pharmaceutical industry
• Their personality is characterized by an independent, careful and structured way of working as well as strong team skills
• They also have very good problem-analytical skills, are flexible and like to think beyond the edge of the plate
• Your strengths include good communication, contact and expressive skills
• You have very good English skills in word and writing
• Furthermore, you have ideally knowledge of SAP and BABTEC, very good knowledge of MS Office complete your profile
