Our team is the HR consultation for the international sales and development of Mercedes-Benz Vans. Together with the business, we are driving forward themes of the future and the transformation at our global locations. We are composed of seven highly motivated colleagues at the Untertürkheim site who are looking forward to your support. We are friendly and always work together for and with each other, with passion and harmoniously at eye level.

These challenges come to you: You support us in various HR consulting topics as well as in cooperation with the Mercedes-Benz fans executives for sales and development

You will see the structure, organizational development and personnel development issues

You support the departments in achieving personal goals

You help prepare forum documents and secure proactive communication and coordination

You help evaluate the group-wide employee survey

You are a contact person for our international HR Business Partners from our 23 markets

You support us with your external view and support the continuous improvement and digitization of our HR process

The activity can begin from the end of January 2026 and should last about six months. In addition, it requires a compulsory part in the internship.

You complete a degree in Business Administration, Humanities or Social Sciences, Psychology or in a comparable degree course

You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing

You have good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

You bring first professional experience, like from the HR environment at an international company

Your personal strengths include a quick understanding, an independent and structured way of working, and high reliability

You want intercultural cooperation and bring a passion for international questions with
