Your duties

• Ensuring the operational readiness of our car parks
• Operation and monitoring of car park technology and process control systems
• Evaluation of operating data for optimization
• Friendly handling of customer concerns and complaints
• Introduction of emergency measures and implementation of emergency repairs
• Regular care, maintenance and cleaning

Your profile

• Complete training in metal construction or electrical engineering, as an alternative a comparable qualification with relevant technical knowledge
• Technical talent and craftsmanship with an understanding of technical contexts and practical working
• Safe handling of PC applications and control technology as well as overview of systems and data
• High self-initiative for problems with rapid problem detection and independent organization of solutions
• Embossed customer orientation with friendly, objective and solution-oriented appearance
• High flexibility in use, including shiftwork, weekend and holiday work
• Class B driver's licence as well as availability for mobility between different locations
