Residential Area Manager (m/f/d)

You lead the premier living form and the housing communities Duburg with a total of 45 inhabitants and design the educational, economic and organizational processes. You are responsible for personnel management and operational planning. You support the teams of the respective areas by consulting/coaching. If necessary, You conduct crisis interventions and can assist conflicts. You develop our housing services in a conceptual way, including with regard to new locations.

Study of social education/social work or comparable Experience in working with people with mental illnesses Desired: Management experience as well as home manager training (or the willingness to qualify) Experience in pedagogical and conceptual work Decision-making and organisational capacity as well as economic thinking and action
