The in-house range of services includes renting, asset, property and building management, development and, inter alia, rent accounting, controlling and incidental costs. Our specialized teams will also advise companies of any size to search for suitable areas and the flexible design and conversion of surface concepts.

Commercial and commercial management Contact person for our tenants, service providers, suppliers and authorities Monitoring of rental income, dunning, rental adjustments Examination and approval of invoices and invoices, payment and receivable management settlement of insurance damage Rental space removals and transfers Budget creation and controlling Maintenance of contractual tenants and master data in SAP Organisation of technical and structural maintenance of industrial objects

Projektleiter (m/w/d) Study with a focus on real estate or a comparable qualification Professional experience in commercial management of commercial objects Self-employed and team-oriented working methods, negotiation skills and persuasiveness Communication strength, commitment and flexibility Good knowledge of common administrators and MS Office Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English are advantageous Knowledge in SAP is desirable
