Your task area Care management: You take over the senior management of care and organization throughout the house Service planning: You are responsible for the holiday and service planning for the care team Quality assurance: You conduct employee visas and internal controls Training: You organize and coordinate the internal training plan Relief: You support and relieve residential management in everyday life Documentation: You correct and check the care documentation Your profile Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience: Multiannual professional experience in nursing with first leadership experience Management competence: You lead with empathy, clarity and an open ear for your team Working: Structured, solution-oriented and with a view for people and processes Team spirit: You like to work closely with different professional groups and promote an appreciation of each other We offer you Remuneration: 5,000 to 5,500 € gross monthly Special payments: Holiday money and Christmas money Family: Takeover of kindergarten costs Cars: For private use Parking: Free parking Holiday: 30 days a year Food: Very cheap lunch Security: permanent employment contract in a family nursing home You want to change?
