For the Erlangen-Tennenlohe site we are looking for an experienced entry for the earliest possible entry Project Manager Rollout SENSO® (m/w/d) Our innovative industry solution supports people in their work in stationary and outpatient care, integration aid, youth assistance, refugee aid and other social sectors. The use of SENSO® facilitates everyday work and saves time and costs – valuable resources that can flow directly into the care of people. SENSO® is more than one software – with the introduction of the system at our customers you will bridge the gap between social and modern IT. actively shape digitalization in one of the most important areas of our society! Take responsibility for your own projects and control the successful rollout of our SENSO® software product with our customers.

You coordinate and control all steps to successfully introduce our software product SENSO® to new customers. In close coordination with our customers, our consulting department and our software development, you define and agree on the milestones of the rollout. You capture, communicate and secure the conditions for each milestone and ensure a smooth flow of information between all participants. You monitor the progress of the project and ensure compliance with timetables and quality requirements. You coordinate internal and external project resources to ensure efficient project execution.

Completed studies or completed vocational training, ideally with proven experience in accompanying and implementing projects First experience in the introduction or rollout of software systems in need of explanation Embossed communication and coordination strength Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Experience in handling PM tools like Jira and Confluence Good to very good knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
