Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Operational control of the entire daily business and ensuring a smooth operation across all gastronomic areas Responsibility for high standards in quality, service, cleanliness, guest experience and consistent implementation of all operational processes presence in the operational business – especially in peak times and busy days – as well as active support for the teams in everyday life Close cooperation with the kitchen, service, bar and layer lines to ensure efficient processes and strong operational cooperation Own responsibility within personnel planning and active participation in recruiting, job interviews and recruitment decisions Leadership, coaching and further development of employees in operational everyday life as well as promoting a powerful and positive team culture Ensuring clear structures, responsibilities and communication paths within the teams Operational care and coordination of events, events and larger groups of guests, as well as ensuring a professional process on site Close cooperation with the location management and other executives for the joint development of processes, standards and operational structures Consistent implementation of strategic requirements in everyday life and active participation in the organisational and operational development of the site

Multiannual experience in gastronomy – ideally already in a leading position as an operating manager, deputy operating manager or in a comparable position Experience in system gastronomy of advantage, but no requirement High operational competence in service, organization and execution control as well as the ability to act structured, sovereign and solution-oriented even in demanding situations Impressed leadership skills and joy in developing staff, motivating teams and taking responsibility Very good business understanding with regard to turnover, productivity, goods use and personnel costs High self-initiative, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility Professional, positive and service-oriented appearance – even in stressful situations Very good communication skills and joy in dealing with guests and employees Careful appearance and sovereign appearance Very good knowledge of German and good English; Other languages advantageous Safe handling of MS Office and digital organizational structures
