In the Integrity Program & IL Training department, we work to ensure that integrity in working life at Mercedes-Benz can be experienced, through projects, training, communication and innovative formats. Our goal is to effectively implement integrity. We work closely with colleagues from a wide range of business areas and countries. If you are interested in shaping strategic integrity issues, taking responsibility and working in an international environment, you are right with us. During your internship, you are actively working on implementing the integrity strategy of Mercedes-Benz. These include in particular: Cooperation in national and international projects to promote integrity

Support in project management (planning, coordination and follow-up of measures)

Development and rethinking of creative integrity formats (e.g. gamification approaches, workshop and learning formats)

Participation in the design and implementation of internal communication measures (digital & analog, national & international)

Preparation, organisation and support of meetings, workshops and network formats

Creation of presentations and work materials for the Integrity Network, bodies and board areas

Your profile Current studies e.g. in Business Ethics, Communications, Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability Management or a comparable degree course

Very good knowledge of English for international cooperation

Secure handling of MS Office, especially MS Teams, PowerPoint and Excel

Interest in digital tools and openness to get to know and shape new platforms

Structured, reliable and transparent operation

Joy in introducing your own ideas and working in interdisciplinary teams

Very good communication skills, initiative and team spirit
