Own organisation of the Secretariat Organisation of the processes of a large clinic for mental and neurological health incl. Writing service Preparation of settlement of stationary and outpatient services Assistant of Chief Physician/ Medical Director (w/m/d) regarding clinic and ambulance procedures as well as billing incl. Date coordination Preparation and organisation of training events Support of the chief physician in his information, representation and control tasks Coordination and care of external contacts to instructors, clinics and patients Preparation and examination of documents Safeguarding confidentiality

Completed training as a secretary, lawyer or emergency agency officer (w/m/d) or equivalent degree Vocational training Multiannual professional experience in responsibility
