We are looking for a:n

You will ensure the timely and economical operational planning of the locomotives, drivers and car masters (m/w/d) based on our Europe-wide planned trains You create service and shift plans and develop alternative concepts for operational changes You communicate as a central interface with our driver, car masters (m/w/d) and fleet management and are in close contact with our personnel and long-term planning You work with external service providers and partnerships You are responsible for the planning and monitoring of time-limits for maintenance and cleaning, the monitoring of operational availability and the initiation of technical deficiencies You create and evaluate statistics and take over documentation

Successfully completed training in the railway, logistics or forwarding environment or a comparable qualification with a ground-based focus At least two years of professional experience in business management, disposition or rail transport readiness for work in a regulated interlayer system (break, middle and late shifts without night shifts) and within a 6-day week from Monday to Saturday Basic knowledge of operational and maintenance planning as well as good geographic understanding Safe handling of MS Office applications and ideally with the RailCube software. Communication strength, willingness to cooperate and a solution-oriented approach to challenging situations Good knowledge of German and English as well as a structured and solution-oriented method
