You address and process user requests, disruptions and change requests around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Germany and Switzerland You process enquiries yourself in 1st level support You analyze and limit error images in close coordination with departments and IT You'll forward qualified tickets to 2nd level support, DevOps or external partners You support testing, acceptance and introduction of new features and changes You create documentation and support the development of knowledge in the areas of expertise

You bring professional experience as a consultant, application manager (m/w/d), support or a comparable qualification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP application with You have a completed training or study in the field of IT, in a commercial area or a comparable qualification You have good knowledge of user support as well as the structured recording and description of requirements and error messages You understand business processes and basic interfaces such as ERP, CRM, Banking and DMS You are strong in communication with departments and IT You work structured, independent and service-oriented with high quality standards on documentation and ticket processing
