Development, introduction and maintenance of project management processes, methods and tools for target systems & services Support of project managers in the planning, control, monitoring and completion of projects according to PMO requirements Collection, evaluation and preparation of project-relevant data (timetable, budget, resources) for different stakeholders Management of the project portfolio management system to ensure correct and current project data Creation and presentation of project reports, dashboards and management documents and act as a central point of contact for project-related questions Training and awareness-raising programmes

Completed engineering or business studies (aerospace technology, mechanical engineering, business management, industrial engineering or comparable) At least 3 years of professional experience in the PMO field, ideally in a complex technical or defence environment Safe handling of MS Office and experience with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera or JIRA Funded understanding of project management methodology/ PMP/PRINCE2 certification desirable German and English skills
