The Rastatt plant with around 6,500 employees produces cars in the Mercedes-Benz entry segment, including the new CLA. The Rastatter compact car production covers the entire range of modern drive technologies with burners, plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles, and thus goes even more precisely on the wishes of demanding customers. In the raw construction of the Mercedes-Benz plant Rastatt, the body structure of the vehicle models is created on a highly automated production surface. On several production lines, hundreds of raw bodies with highest precision and quality are produced daily. As part of the Rohbau team, you will find various tasks in a technologically demanding environment. These challenges come to you: Operation and operation of crude building systems

equipping of the raw building facilities / placement

Ensure quality and quantity

Elimination of waste disorders on crude building plants

Self-fulfilment of simple maintenance activities

Maintenance support in troubleshooting

Analysis of fault causes and documentation in the systems

Correcting robot programs

Ideally qualify for this job: Completed vocational training as an industrial electronics engineer, electrical engineer for automation technology, mechatronics, process mechanic/coating technician, industrial mechanic with experience in automation technology or comparable training

Experience as a plant maintenance/plant leader in the industrial environment

Willingness to shift work

Good knowledge of German in word and writing

Current expertise and strong quality awareness
