What your tasks are:

• You fully address executives and employees in all personal questions
• You work on the further development of internal HR processes and projects
• You carry out plausibility checks as part of the pay bill
• You take over the personnel administration and the creation of the associated documents and contracts
• You support the department in the daily business
• You support the monthly payroll in the SAP-HR system

What we want from you:

• You have a professional training course or an economic study
• You already have first professional experience in a comparable HR role
• You bring good knowledge in MS Office as well as ideally first experience with SAP
• Your very good knowledge of social security and labour law are beneficial
• You are reliable and responsible
• You like to work in the team
• Your independent way of working and strong communication skills characterize you
