Experience in object management, ideally in the hospital or a comparable facility Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards (disinfection plans, cleaning processes) Management skills, organizational talent and an appreciation of employees Reliability, communication strength and ability to keep an overview even in dynamic situations Good knowledge of German in word and writing
