Assistant in the field of Federal Construction I Team Structural Engineering (m/f/d)

You take over archiving and digitization tasks for static documents as a constituent part of the building supervision acts and transfer them to the long-term archive. You process the administrative handling of works contracts, works and fees contracts, as well as invoices including supplementary income. You manage contracts and invoices of test engineers for stand-alone safety as well as fee contracts and related invoices. You accept invoices, check them in a computerised manner and record or book the processes in the DV systems used.

Completed commercial vocational training, administrative training or comparable vocational training with experience in the above-mentioned range of tasks You are interested in dealing, for example, with procurement and budget law and with systems such as SAP, StepFM and PlanNet. Class B driving licence and the willingness to take service trips You work in a structured and thorough manner, bringing together an express communication capability You are open and maintain your colleagues (m/w/d) with a team-oriented and respectful approach Successful existence of the guarantee check according to § 15 para. 2 VSA SH within the sample period
