The SOS Children's Village Harksheide is a differentiated aid for children and youth aid. 67 educationally active employees promote and maintain approx. 70 children and adolescents living in children's villages, housing groups and in the family. For our SOS Children's Village Harksheide, we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, full-time (38,5 hours/Where.) Your task: In our fully-stationary housing groups, up to 8 children and young people live in a family-analogous environment. Together with a team of educational professionals, you create a safe place of life for these young people and accompany them when You grow. Do you enjoy accompanying children and young people in their daily lives and promoting them in school and personal challenges? You want to support young people in their individual development? You are conscientiously implementing the protection of children and responsibilities.

Your qualifications and skills: You have a degree as an educator or social pedagoguein or curative nursein or curative teacher*in and bring professional experience in stationary youth assistance. You're a team player, you want a change and you're ready to get involved. Your empathy and joy in dealing with children and adolescents characterize you. You have a great willingness to develop and learn continuously. Your handling of proximity and distance to the supervised young people is professional.
