Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team IT-Applications incl. Further development and promotion of employees Ensuring smooth operation and further development of global IT applications and systems:Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID and Modern-Work environmentPLM/PDM (CIM data base), CAD and adjacent specialist applicationsCollaboration, Intranet/SharePoint, DMS, Telephone Responsibility for the comprehensive application/application architecture incl. Definition and further development of standards, roadmaps and integration concepts Responsibility for the ODW AI/automatization topics (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform) incl. Governance, Rollout and Enablement Control of Information Security & Compliance in the Responsibility Area (ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2) in close coordination with ISMS Coordination and management of global IT projects in close coordination with departments and external partners Control and prioritization of global requirements as well as evaluation and decision of Make-or-Buy (own development vs. standard software/buy) incl. Cost-effectiveness and compliance consideration Interface between IT and specialist areas incl. Requirements and Process Management in coordination with all IT teams Control of internal communication and enablement campaigns (e.g. adoption of new tools) Responsible for 1st and 2nd level support in the field as well as user/system support monitoring, controlling and optimising applications; continuous improvement of IT services, systems, tools and processes

Special conditions Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or equivalent training in IT Experience in leadership (small) teams Good knowledge of: Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID, Cloud applications, PLM/PDM, CAD, as well as initial experience in AI/Automatization techniques such as copilot, power platform, or comparable Experience in building and operating IT systems as well as in leading global IT projects Knowledge of ISMS/ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2 of advantage Certification (e.g. ITIL) desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing Personal conditions High team capability Embossed conceptual and analytical skills Loadability, ability to work under pressure Good communication and moderation capability entrepreneurial thinking
