Employee Engagement & Strategy Activation: You drive forward the Group-wide activation of yourVoice @ E.ON's employee engagement approach, work closely with the employee engagement team and bring fresh impulses from business and research Stakeholder & Potential Analysis: Together with local HR and specialist areas, you identify potentials and support the development of accurate communication measures Communication & Event Management: You support the design and implementation of communication campaigns as well as the planning, organisation and implementation of national and international events

You use your technological skills to create solutions that offer our customers real added value and promote long-term relationships. You will also recognize yourself in the following points: Qualifications: You study (economic)psychology, communication, media design or a comparable course of study. Software & Tool competency: You have knowledge of how to use MS Office products (especially teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) as well as digital graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Presentation & Design: You create high-quality PowerPoint films in different designs for different stakeholders and have a pronounced eye for details. Storytelling & communication strength: You enjoy storytelling and creating targeted communication formats, such as Intranet articles and presentations. Team orientation & readiness for change: You are a proactive team player with your own ideas and actively promote change processes. Self-employment: You are drawing up your own task packages with a reliable and responsible processing, including time management and stakeholder communication. Language competence: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
