E.ON Business Solutions Deutschland GmbH builds decentralized energy-generating plants in the B2B sector. A fault-free plant operation is of the utmost importance for our customers. As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for the efficient and reliable operation with the O&M team.

Monitoring of decentralized energy centers (HVAC, heating centers, BHKW, industrial refrigeration, biomass heating power plants, ORC plants, fuel cells, etc.) Analysis and evaluation of interference messages and the initiation of appropriate destructive measures Coordination of internal and external service providers and communication with the customer at eye level Continuous monitoring and increase in efficiency of these customer systems by suitable KPIs and permanent control of operating parameters, operating conditions Takeover of plant responsibility Accompanying activities on site (e.g. service appointments or commissioning) Tracking the necessary maintenance and test intervals Working in the technical hotline (1st level support, customer requests) readiness

Complete technical studies, e.g. in process engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in resource-saving operation of plants and decentralised energy production plants Experiences with control systems e.g. S7 TIA Portal desirable Embossed solution-oriented operation Strong analytical skills Found experience in customer support Structured, independent and careful operation Time and self-management Teamability and communication skills Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge Class B driving licence ready to travel national
