Stationary care to the point: You work in a coordinated living area, take care of basic and treatment, document digitally and work in the layer system – with team determination and clear processes. We will vote with you as early as possible in the short term – application planning runs transparently and together with you. You support stationary care facilities for contiguous periods throughout Germany and are suitable for multi-week or multi-month use.

• Stable in the overall package: payments for holidays and the end of the year supplement your use in care with a cleanly regulated addition. • Free time that remains to you: Even with specialist tasks, you will be able to spend at least 30 days of holiday (birth additionally free) on a reliable basis. • Planning with rest in the daily shift: free wishes and desired services are adjusted to be clean, if possible, so that your private life does not constantly run against service planning. • Certainly agreed instead of renegotiated: up to 32 €/hour are fixed from the first service and are billed cleanly. • Depending on the location of use, biac provides a personal room, hostel, hotel or other suitable accommodation at your own expense • The costs of the agreed arrival and departure shall be borne by biac; if necessary, a vehicle may be available • Application period, scope of work and organisational frameworks are coordinated before the start

• You participate in the creation and adaptation of individual care plans and provide a well-founded care tailored to the person. • You coordinate nursing processes in stationary everyday life, keep measures and responsibilities together and make a clear implementation in the team. • In use, you support a reliable flow of information through clean handovers that give the following team a good basis for further work.

PROCEDURE IN PFLEGETABLES FOR APPROVAL – THE CUSTOMS INCOME:

• With your nursing exam or equivalent degree, you bring the basis that is required for our use as a nursing professional. • Prophylaxis competence and risk management are among your strengths — you are consistently implementing prevention measures and actively contribute to the prevention of complications at home. • In order for documentation, patient communication and handovers to be able to be clearly and comprehensible in everyday care, you need German knowledge in word and writing on at least B2 level. • Self-responsive action helps you in action — you bring initiative, recognize support needs and decide within your qualification. • Reliability during multi-week or multi-month operations outside the residence

Can I tell you which living area is mine? Whether classic living area or special area: we take into account where you feel safe and what you are.

Can I enter a special care plan? We consider service requests as far as possible. What is concretely feasible is openly discussed with you.

How is the responsibility situation in the night service? You often have increased responsibility in the night service. We'll discuss with you which bets are suitable and intended for you.

How is the duration of an operation determined? The period depends on the concrete application and will be transparent to you before your commitment.

How is the return journey regulated? The agreed costs of return are also fully covered by biac.
