Creation, analysis and interpretation of global performance reports from global business unit automation (GBU A) incl. Deviation analyses and recommendations for action for management Responsibility for budget, forecast, reporting and analysis in close coordination with the GBU leadership, specialist department managers and international production sites in Germany, the Czech Republic, the United States of America and China; Responsibility for factory controlling in Germany Participation in the group's monthly and annual accounts and regular production of forecasts Working at group level planning, deviation analyses and coordination of global special analyses Development, standardization and automation of reports, dashboards and systems Participation in strategic projects and optimization of work processes Cross-production costing and monitoring of production costs as well as measurement of productivity to ensure comparability between global production sites updating and analysis of machine and personnel hours Simulation and technical support of new production projects from planning to realization Responsibility for the implementation of production budgeting Process analysis of production lines and supply chains to assess and secure profitability, savings and optimization potentials

Completed Business Studies (Uni/FH) or comparable course At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in a manufacturing industrial company, ideally with international structures You have a high analytical method and a pronounced communication capability Good knowledge in MS Office, SAP, additional knowledge in BI/BW and reporting systems desirable Ideally first experience in commercial accounting (planning & reporting) High level of initiative, commitment and motivation Travel readiness (approx. 10 – 15 %) Very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing, as well as high IT affinity
