We are looking for you as a specialist (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time payment at the locations Berlin, Schwerin, Hanover, Cologne and Frankfurt. With a good understanding of the performance and contribution business, you develop individual solutions in receivables management with our insurers and partners. In doing so, you have both the concerns of our customers as well as the legal framework and interests of our KKH. Claim management: You take the entire collection of open contributions and services, including dunning and forced execution, and independently meet decisions with unrealizable claims. Solution-oriented communication: You conduct discussions with debtors and find fair solutions through agreement or payment agreements. Insolvency proceedings: You register claims in the context of insolvency proceedings and accompany them with a focus on the feasibility and success of payment. Power rests and decisions: You implement self-responsibility and meet decisions in accordance with the legal requirements. Accountant tasks & customer contact: You process billing and billing measures, cover balance lists and support internal and external customers with expert advice.

Education and experience: You have a completed training in the commercial sector, at best in healthcare, or a comparable qualification. At the same time, you have over several years of professional experience in payment and receivable management. Customer orientation and communication: With your strong communication strength and customer orientation, you will find trusting and efficient solutions. Structured working and team skills: You work precisely, structured and are a real team player (m/w/d) with good time management and high operational readiness. Analytical thinking and numerical understanding: With your quick understanding and strong numerical understanding, you also solve complex tasks, ideally with experience in the 21cIng system. Accountant competence: Ideally, you bring accounting knowledge and support in the processing of balance lists and billing measures.
