We are looking for a Pedagogical Consultant (m/w/d) - Focus on Inclusion/Integration indefinitely, in full time and with payment to S 17 TVöD. Integrating and processing of all our urban childcare facilities to educational and special educational issues Support for personnel development and selection processes for integration specialists Contact persons for specialists, lines and parents in special educational needs and implementation of child observations A completed study (B.A./M.A.) in early childhood education and education, childhood education, social work in elementary education or comparable disciplines with focus on early childhood education Multiannual professional experience in the Kita context, ideally with management experience Finded knowledge in the fields of inclusion, integration and child protection High social competence, sensitivity and communication skills We value a positive and trusting working environment.
