Development, implementation and improvement of digital training media and concepts, e.g. e-learnings or webinars, in the global training-&-development team Cooperation with the administration of our learning management system and the creation of training documents Supporting the team in the daily business, e.g. with visualizations, data processing and translations (German and English) In the event of an interest in the development and improvement of personnel development processes

Study in the field of vocational or economic education, economic psychology, media design, adult education or a similar subject Very high motivation to develop yourself and others Teamability, including international, at the same time self-initiative and self-employment Very good knowledge of German and English Start in spring or summer 2025
