• Whenever it comes to the topics Microsoft (Client/Server), Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware) or the implementation of backup solutions, our customers can rely on ensuring the smooth operation of their IT.
• To this end, you analyze possible sources of malfunction, correct errors in the IT environment of our customers and design possible prevention measures.
• You work closely with our customers and your colleagues in sales to make suggestions for improving our customers' IT infrastructure.
• In addition, you manage common hardware servers, storage systems and network components to ensure secure IT operation with our customers.
• When implementing exciting projects, you will be passionate and support our customers in the day-to-day business with your expertise in the IT environment.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete training as a specialist:in for system integeration, alternatively a study in computer science, business informatics, computer science or a related IT field, as well as at least 1 year of professional experience in these topics.
• First experiences with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMware vSphere and Veeam Backup & Replication, ideally also with the administration of hardware servers and storage systems.
• Basic knowledge about M365 and the base (on-premises) Microsoft technologies such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, File and Print. We also look forward to relevant manufacturer certifications such as Microsoft M365 or Azure Fundamentals
• Good German in Word and Writing
• Class B driving licence
