Description

• You are responsible for the processing of telephone and written customer requests by e-mail, chat or via social media channels and assists customers in their diverse concerns about their vehicle.
• As the first contact person for repair and insurance management as well as for complaints, you advise customers on these topics as well as on the existing product portfolio.
• In addition, you can search in different systems, take bookings and forward technical problems to the 2nd level.
• In addition, you are actively approaching customers who have not complied with the agreed payment promise, and working with them to develop a solution.
• The subsequent careful data collection and documentation in the IT systems completes your task area.

Qualifications

• Training: no specific training necessary
