As part of the Single Supervisory Mecha­nism and Resolution Mecha­nism for the banks of the eurozone, we are networked in Europe and worldwide, and we are contributing to European and international financial market standards. We are looking for several Senior Consultant (m/d) for an indefinite or two years of temporary activity in full-time or part-time as a speaker at our office in Bonn. Colleagues in the Insurance Supervision business unit ensure that the insurance companies and institutions of occupational pension schemes in Germany can fulfil their economic functions. They shall pay due respect for the interests of insured persons, the permanent fulfilment of the obligations arising from insurance and the proper implementation of the business and compliance with the laws. Within the Insurance Supervision division, there are three possible fields of application for your entry as a referent: policy departments, object departments and competence departments. Interdisciplinary teamwork plays an important role in the object readings. The obvious questions that arise there regularly require consideration among legal, economic and mathematical aspects. Representatives of these faculties thus work hand in hand. Depending on the field of application, you will work at both national and European level on interesting issues of regulation or the further development of supervisory law. As part of the operational supervision, you will also participate in supervisory discussions or on-site checks. In addition, there are many other tasks within the business unit, which relate, for example, to the supervisory organisation.
