You manufacture individual parts, prototypes and small series (approximately 1–50 pieces)

You serve and equip modern CNC lathes (Doosan and DMG)

You create, optimize and adapt CNC programs and actively improve manufacturing processes

You take over tool presetting and tool management systems

You carry out independent testing of the manufactured components with common measuring devices

You have a completed training as machining mechanic, CNC lathe or a comparable finish

You have good knowledge of aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, inconel and CFRP/hybrid materials

You bring experience with individual parts, prototypes and small series production with extremely short throughput times
