Site Manager, Plant Construction - Installation / Commissioning (m/f/d)

You coordinate and monitor national and international assembly and commissioning projects on site You plan and control the construction site sequences in close coordination with the project management, the engineering and the customers: You coordinate and guide the assembly staff, foreign companies and subcontractors at the construction site (no disciplinary personnel responsibility) You ensure the time, quality and cost-oriented execution of the assembly work You monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards (QA/QC) and project-specific requirements and ensure compliance with all occupational safety, health and environmental regulations (HSE) at the construction site You examine the execution using technical drawings, assembly documents, unit lists and R&I flow schemes (P&IDs) and coordinate the interfaces between customers, suppliers, project management and internal specialist departments

You have a completed technical training with further training to the state-tested technician (m/w/d) or a study in mechanical engineering, process engineering, mechatronics or a comparable subject You have several years of professional experience in assembly management, construction site coordination, commissioning or in international plant and mechanical engineering You have experience in the coordination and professional guidance of assembly personnel, foreign companies or subcontractors You have a secure understanding of technical drawings, assembly documents, piece lists and R&I flow schemes (P&IDs) and sound knowledge of mechanical installations You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and have a high degree of organisational skills You stand up confidently and have strong communication and coordination capabilities in the international project environment as well as a high sense of responsibility for quality, occupational safety (HSE) and compliance with appointments
