Workshop programmer - limited to 2 years (m/f/d)

For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a workshop programmer (m/w/d) which is limited to two years.

Set up and operate: You set up lathes and operate them safely and efficiently. Programming: You create CNC programs for turning and customize them if needed. Process planning: You determine the frame conditions for machining the workpieces and determine the machining processes – whether turning or milling. Preparation: You prepare, complete and measure work equipment, clamping means and tools and build them professionally. Execution: You align workpieces and adjust the zero point precisely. Programme monitoring: You transfer the processing data to the CNC program, check the process and make adjustments in case of deviations. Quality testing: You check and measure first parts and ensure the quality of the workpieces by checking the quality and completeness and, if necessary, reworking. Material handling: You feed and unload the machine, possibly using hoists. Monitoring: You monitor the workflows and ensure a smooth production process. Tool management: You change tools and pay attention to an economical tool insert. Maintenance: You carry out small maintenance work and eliminate faults independently.

Training: You have completed training as an industrial mechanic. Experience: You bring practical experience in setting up and operating CNC lathes. Programming skills: You master the creation and adaptation of CNC programs (turning). Process experience: You have at least one year experience in designing and optimizing processes and bring a good understanding of efficient processes. Layer readiness: You are ready to work in shift operation and thus actively contribute to the flexibility and stability of our production. Quality Consciousness: You work precisely and place great emphasis on the quality of the workpieces. Responsibility: You act responsibly, structured and independent. Team capability: You like to work in the team and actively contribute to a positive working environment.
