Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/d)

As a Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/d), you design and control a future-oriented, transparent and internationally connectable compensation and bonus system in the HR sector at apetito. You are instrumental in using remuneration as a strategic lever for performance, binding and international cooperation in the Group. Your tasks: Conception and implementation of compensation and graduation systems: You build a Group-wide compensation and grading system for apetito as well as perspective for our international companies and continuously develop it along different market conditions (e.g. tariff conditions, legal requirements). Development of bonus and incentive models: When developing bonus and incentive models, you will develop tailor-made target and compensation architectures for different target groups including Calculation logics and rollout in the countries. Management of salary and bonus processes: You are responsible for the planning and implementation of the annual salary and bonus rounds for employees and executives. These include budget management, governance issues and management releases. Conducting market analyses and compensation benchmarking: Using national and international salary benchmarks, you conduct salary bands, compa-ratio analyses and well-founded strategic recommendations for HR, management and management. Governance, transparency and participation: You develop rules, guidelines and processes for remuneration and ensure transparency, fairness and traceability. In addition, you work with relevant stakeholders (e.g. works council) and are business partner for HR, management and national and international executives.

As Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/d), you have strong analytical skills, a high number affinity and an independent and structured way of working with high quality standards. In addition, you are convinced by a pronounced communication strength and the ability to take, control and manage different stakeholders in complex contexts. In addition, you will bring: completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in economics or humanities or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in Compensation & Benefits Management, ideally in an internationally established company Detectable experience in the development, implementation and further development of cross-border compensation systems as well as bonus and incentive programs in the international context Found experience in the design and implementation of annual salary and bonus rounds Very good English knowledge of word and writing; German knowledge required
