Renewable Energy Specialist - Grid Connection (m/f/d)

A task that challenges.

You are a technical contact:in case of questions concerning the network connection of renewable generation systems across all voltage levels. You take the technical responsibility for the development and design of our network connection principles, e.g. BCZ, ownership boundaries, contract models and the uniform implementation of these. You develop and evaluate practical and right-wing principles, concepts and specifications for network connection in the context of the energy transition (e.g. flexible network connections, new regulatory elements, new / complex customer scenarios). You translate the principles into clear instructions for action and make it possible to use them as a central contact person: through training and enablement. You stand up to your colleague:inside, especially in the decentralized customer centers, you are available as a contact person:in. You evaluate feedback from the practice and take concrete measures to create customer-oriented, sustainable, regulatory-optimized and efficient process design. You continuously monitor legal, regulatory and technological developments around the network connection and ensure full and timely implementation. These include the creation and harmonisation of flexible model contracts, forms and guidelines as well as their integration into our IT systems. You quickly clarify questions and establish early warning signals to avoid risks and complaints at an early stage. You actively work in group-wide bodies, set up positions and suggestions for internal decisions and the association work. You develop concepts to develop new flexible and complex requirements in practice. With this, you courageously represent the interests of the Bayernwerk and support our role as a pioneer: in the energy transition. In projects and through the continuous documentation in our knowledge database, you ensure that technical expertise and operational implementation are closely interlinked. This gives you the basis for a stable, sustainable network connection.
