Training content at a glance Let's go with an introduction to the colourful hotel world where you get all the important information about our hotel. During your trip, you will run all relevant stations: The breakfast area where you can prepare hot dishes freshly in the show kitchen, the big events and parties in our meeting rooms and the à la carte cooking. You will learn all that is a good cook/cook. We cook mainly with regional products and always fresh.

We don't want to fool you. Everyday life includes the shift service (breakfast/medium/spindle) and work on weekends and holidays. You're free to do that if everyone else is allowed to work.

Accompanying the training at our hotel, you will visit the workshop in the vocational school. We and the vocational school prepare you for your future working life and for the exams. Supported by training, a playful learning app, a digital report booklet and an individual exam preparation, your successful completion is nothing.

Another positive side effect: your family and friends will be delighted with your cooking skills. Surprise and delight them and our guests with delicious food and creations.
