You can move a lot with us. You work with strategic and operational projects and quickly take responsibility for your work packages/subprojects. You analyze existing action mechanisms, identify potential growth levers and guide action recommendations. You create transparency about activities in competition, identify potential opportunities and risks for PENNY and address them with concrete proposals. You are going through existing processes and driving forward their continuous optimization and digitization. You moderate appointments and workshops with a wide range of disciplines and ensure knowledge transfer between stakeholders. You set up independent decision templates, present and discuss your results with management.

You have completed your master's degree program above average and have already gained several years of relevant practical experience, ideally in a management consultancy or a project department. You are structuring and solution-oriented towards problems, always keep the big whole in mind and are ready to look beyond the edge of the plate. You have a pronounced analytical thinking capability and do not let you deter from large amounts of data. You work independently and enjoy working on new topics. You have fun in discussions with colleagues from a wide range of disciplines and do not hesitate to introduce your results to larger audiences.
