independent management of the secretarial and office work carried out in a hospital secretariat Coordination and appointment for patients First information and conscientious inclusion and transmission of information Planning and coordination of training events

Successful completion of vocational training (e.g. commercial specialist or medical specialist (m/w/d)) with multiannual experience in a comparable position safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Internet Knowledge of subject-specific medical nomenclature friendly handling of patients, visitors (w/m/d)
