Tasks Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the 2-person design team Optimization and control of process processes in the design and ensuring compliance with dates, projects and high quality standards New and further development of the special machines and their associated variants from the initial concept to the series maturity Supporting international key accounts as part of multi-project management Promoting innovation with direct line of report to management Internal and external interface management as a contact person for product and project-relevant issues

Complete technical studies or completed technical training with vocational training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and management experience in the field of construction in special machinery or mechanical engineering Experience in project management and employee management Safe handling of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD is a must Communication and Enforcement Strength and Hands-on Mentality Very good knowledge of German and English
