Senior Consultant (m/w/d) For our two services in Jena and Gera we are looking for you as a mobile customer advisor (m/w/d) in full time or part time for personal customer contact. As a competent contact person for all questions regarding statutory health insurance You can easily get our insurers at our two locations in Jena and Gera. Regardless of whether A is like “medicine” or Z, such as “Zahnhealth”: You help and are therefore one of the most important contacts our customers have at KKH. With your holistic and service-oriented support, you can personally help our insurers in our two services in Jena and Gera. If necessary, you are also available in other services. You address questions, requests and critical questions and are always addressing an optimal problem solution. Your first-class service enables you to continuously build customer relationships and create a long-term basis. You are in close cooperation with colleagues from the various competence centres (Second Level). As part of the recommendation management, you support the recovery of insured persons and contacts. In addition, you are proactively approaching our members and supporting customer retention measures in the form of campaigns.

Whether with a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) in the healthcare sector, social security specialist, medical specialist employees with regular personal customer contacts or comparable qualifications – you are welcome with us! You have relevant professional experience and independent working methods. A good advice is a matter of heart for you. Knowledge of the statutory health insurance market is ideally also in your baggage – but is not a must. Thanks to your communication-strong, open and empathic way, you will encounter our insurers with a smile even in hectic moments. For the fixed opening hours and the appointment service of two service points, you are reliably available.
